please find attached info on two events that the Culture, Media, Economy
research unit at Monash is hosting on Tuesday 22nd in Melbourne:


(i) A seminar on The Politics of Cultural Economy with two guest speakers,
Professor Justin Lewis (Cardiff) and Professor Martin Cloonan (Glasgow);

(ii) Launch of the *Popular Music Industries and the State: Policy Notes* book
at the Tote hotel, Collingwood.
