Dear CSAA list,
Nominations are now open for the Australian Academy of the Humanities' Crawford Medal<http://www.humanities.org.au/Grants/CrawfordMedal.aspx>, Australia's most prestigious award for achievement and promise in the humanities. It is presented to an Australian-based, early-career scholar working and publishing in the humanities, whose publications contribute towards an understanding of their discipline by the general public. Nominations close Tuesday 31 July 2012. More information is available on the Academy's website http://www.humanities.org.au/Grants/CrawfordMedal.aspx
Nominations are also now open for the Academy's McCredie Musicological Award<http://www.humanities.org.au/Grants/McCredieMusicologicalAward.aspx>. The award recognises outstanding contribution in musicology by an Australian based scholar under the age of forty. Nominations close on Tuesday 31 July 2012. More information is available on the Academy's website http://www.humanities.org.au/Grants/McCredieMusicologicalAward.aspx
