[csaa-forum] Call for institutions to host CSAA Annual Conference 2009

Dear CSAA Members,

This is a formal call for expressions of interest from institutions wishing
to host the Cultural Studies Association of Australasia¹s Annual Conference
for 2009. 

Keeping in mind that the conference regularly attracts some 120-200
academics, you should include in your bid some provisional details as to the
proposed location for the conference, the level of institutional support you
expect to receive and the theme you have in mind, and also some suggestions
as to which keynote speakers you would wish to invite.

Please submit bids by the 30th of April 2008 to me, via the above email.

Feel free to contact me with any questions about the sorts of things hosting
a CSAA conference involves. It¹s fun.



(The 2008 conference will be in Kalgoorlie, over December 6th, 7th, 8th and
9th, 2008. Expect an announcement of theme and  call for papers to appear on
this list soon. Also look out for updates at
