Dear Dr. Hickey-Moody,

There is a copy held at Murdoch University Library, WA, and I imagine
many other universities and commercial lending libraries. Other sources
would include ACMI. It used to be in Vic that anyone could order
material from ACMI to have it delivered to their local council library.

You may be having problems because this is an AV resource. My own
library once informed me that AV materials cannot be secured via
interlibrary loan, though one can buy them. However even with us at ECU,
this policy is inconsistently applied, and I successfully ordered and
received through interlibrary loan an old ABC doco on VHS.

In any case, your best bet is to:

1) simply call all the local video / DVD stores in your area and see if
any have it

2) check online all the major libraries in Vic (Latrobe, Melb, the
State, Monash, Deakin) and if then after having located it for your
interlibrary loan folk, they still wont secure it for you, just drive
over and watch it there

3) buy a copy. It's not that old. Im sure if you get stuck, you could
find one on Amazon

Either way, good luck,
Dr Jonathan Marshall

Dear List,
I am having considerable difficulty locating a copy of the Rolf De Heer
film 'Dance me to my song'. The Monash library tell me they can't source
a copy from any other Australian University. Does anyone own a copy? Or
work in a University that owns a copy of this film? If so, I would
really appreciate a loan. My email is:
anna.hickeymoody at education.monash.edu.au
Thanks very much in advance,
Anna
