Dr Gary Genosko is Canada Research Chair in Technoculture at Lakehead
University, Canada. He is Visiting Scholar at the Power
Institute, University of Sydney, and Visiting Fellow in the School of
Philosophy, UNSW.

"All Issues To Be Destroyed: Felix Guattari and the Scandal of 'Three
Billion Perverts'."

The talk concerns the special issue of the journal
Recherches, which Guattari edited, that was deemed an affront to decency
and resulted in a fine and an order for the destruction of all issues.
This paper considers several important political themes in homosexual
culture in the 1970s in France.
