JULY 10 2005, 11AM-3PM, LA TROBE UNIVERSITY, MELBOURNE

RADIO PLUS is a pre-conference event associated with THE RADIO CONFERENCE
2005: THE SECOND TRANSNATIONAL FORUM.

RADIO PLUS is a seminar designed to address emerging digital technologies
and their relationship to radio used in development. It will take the form
of a roundtable discussion and will be held at La Trobe University.

It aims to allow participants an opportunity to discuss this important issue
in preparation for further networking and discussion at RADIO 2005.

RADIO PLUS will engage participants in a structured roundtable discussion of
issues such as:

    * Web based delivery of sound and radio programs
    * The impact of technological 'lags' and 'holes'
    * Using email in radio programming
    * Is print supported radio a hybrid form?
    * Examples of hybrid forms and practices

The seminar will be documented and the results made available to
participants.
