The new issue of Transformations (No. 8) is now out. It's called
Regions of Sexuality

"What, then, is the region and extent of the sexual? Sex this, sex
that? Most commonly figured in spatial terms, regionality works as a
cartographic metaphor for a cognitive and conceptual reliance on
boundaries. This special issue will examine where sexuality studies
draws its borders. Queer, for instance, has articulated and described
a dissatisfaction with regulatory borders, but has also produced
boundaries of its own by glamorising young, able-bodied,
metropolitan, hedonistic subjectivities. Do such borders constrain
our accounts of sex and sexed behaviour?"

Articles by Steven Angelides, Lisa Downing, M. Morgan Holmes, Nikki
Sullivan, edited by Wendy O'Brien and Iain Moreland.
