<p>I am seeking report design and formatting for a granted project on regional and rural consumer understandings of smart technology. There is up to 30hours available.</p>

<p>I'm also looking for proofreading of the report, with up to 20hours available.</p>

<p>There is a bit of a tight turnaround as the work would need to be completed in a couple of weeks in October.</p>
