<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">As part of its commitment to actively supporting an inclusive and diverse community of Cultural Studies researchers in Australasia, the CSAA Executive Committee is currently seeking to expand its core membership
 to include a number of Inclusion and Diversity Co-ordinators. </span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Inclusion and Diversity Co-ordinators will facilitate&nbsp;communication between the CSAA Executive and members who identify as&nbsp;LGBTIQA&#43;, PoC, Indigenous, PwD, are in casual employment or otherwise in need of
 additional support. The role of&nbsp;Inclusion and Diversity Co-ordinators is to assist the CSAA Executive in ensuring inclusivity in&nbsp;the association as a whole, by addressing concerns of the above communities, and integrating inclusive language and operational
 strategies throughout the association's events and communication. Co-ordinators will also mediate between different&nbsp;member&nbsp;contingents, making room for minority viewpoints and concerns, and ensuring respectful interaction.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The CSAA Executive anticipates making more than one appointment into these roles, to cover our different community needs. The first appointment is Karin Sellberg (UQ), who will take steerage particularly
