<p style="margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; line-height: normal;"><font size="2">On behalf of the CSAA Executive, I wanted to wish everyone who participated in and were awarded funding in the most recent round of ARC funding announced last week a warm congratulations.</font></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; widows: 1; line-height: normal;"><font style="color:rgb(0,0,0)"><font size="2"><br>
</font></font></p>
<p style="margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; widows: 1; line-height: normal;"><font size="2"><font style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">We were delighted to see our very own Associate Professor Rob Cover, a valued CSAA executive member whose Discovery project was among
those funded, as were projects with Dr Natalie Harkin, </font>Dr Brian Yecies, Dr Jie Yang, Professor Deborah Stevenson, Professor Justin O'Connor, Dr<span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)"><font color="#333333"><font color="#000000"> Christiaan De
Beukelaer, Professor Yudhishthir Isar, Professor Constance DeVereaux, Assistant Professor Jun Wang, </font></font></span><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Dr Adele Pavlidis,</span> <span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)"><font color="#333333"><font color="#000000">and
Ms Avril Joffe. These projects were all funded using 2002* (Cultural Studies) as their </font>primary<font color="#000000"> Field of Research, but there were many more projects that included a subsequent cultural studies component and/or were in </font></font></span><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">closely
related fields</span><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">, for which we also offer our congratulations.</span></font></p>

around the intersections of cultural studies being supported and pursued.</font></p>
