This lecture will address Felicity Scott's recently published book, Outlaw Territories: Environments of Insecurity/Architectures of Counter-insurgency, which traces the relation of architecture and urbanism to human unsettlement
and territorial insecurity during the 1960s and 1970s. Scott will discuss the publication's contents and its historical and contemporary stakes, presenting new research that has opened up in its wake.
