<p>The Australian and New Zealand Communication Association (ANZCA) is a professional association for teachers and researchers in the diverse disciplines of communication.</p>

<p>ANZCA’s 2016 conference will be held in Newcastle, Australia from <strong>6</strong><strong>-</strong><strong>8</strong><strong>
</strong><strong>July</strong><strong> </strong><strong>2016.</strong></p>

<p>Taking a very broad understanding of the fifth estate this conference seeks to explore what is new and valued about the digital terrain. Are these digital spaces becoming the new mainstream and, if so, how do communicators of all types find a place there?</p>

<p>You are invited to submit a paper, abstract or panel proposal for inclusion in the 2016 ANZCA conference. Papers, presentations and panels that reflect on the conference theme of
