As Professor, your role will be to provide outstanding leadership in research and scholarship in cultural studies and/or literary theory, critical theory, literary studies and writing. In this research-intensive position, your focus will be on publishing and
applied research activities, income generation and mentoring staff. Your contribution to the school’s focus on high-quality research output will ensure the continued consolidation and expansion of Curtin’s cultural studies program, and its profile internationally.
It is essential that you have a fresh, exciting vision for research leadership, commensurate with a research ambitious university. <br class="">

You will hold a relevant doctoral qualification and have an international reputation as an accomplished scholar, combining an outstanding record of publications and citations with demonstrated success in attracting research income through competitive grants
and/or fellowships. Extensive experience in supervising postgraduate research students, mentoring staff and promoting inter-disciplinary collaboration are essential. <br class="">
