 message is to introduce the Interational Girls Studies Association, a 
new professional association for academic researchers and students 
working on girls and girlhood in any part of the world and any 
discipline or interdisciplinary field. The Association is designed to 
share information and other resources, facilitate discussion, and work 
towards the further development of the field of Girls Studies.<br>

plans for the Association although there may be future options for a
