Senior management in leading mining companies throughout Australia have responded to the presentation of this research with a request for how they can respond to this issue in their workplaces. In conjunction with the Journalism and Media Research Centre at the University of New South Wales and with the assistance of Federal funding through the Researchers in Business grant scheme, Factive has now developed the programs that are able to respond to this issue. It is anticipated the first program will commence in April 2011, with Factive consultants and researchers from the Journalism and Media Research Centre involved in the delivery and review of the programs.<BR>
