[csaa-forum] Pitches for the 33 1/3 Oceania series

Friends and colleagues,

            Would you like to pitch a book for the 33 1/3 Oceania series? Published by Bloomsbury, the series is the local version of the international 33 1/3 series. The series publishes books of 30,000 words about specific albums. These may be popular albums or albums that are significant for some other reason.

For the 33 1/3 Oceania series the underlying criterion is that the album has to have originated within the region. The region includes but is not limited to Aotearoa/New Zealand, Indonesia, the Pacific island countries and Australia.

At present the series has published or has in press twenty-five books by artists as varied as Chain, the Clean, Kylie Minogue, John Sangster and Eyeliner. We encourage pitches for books about albums by First Nations artists, Pasifika artists, Maori artists as well as more mainstream artists.
