[csaa-forum] IAMCR25 Pre-Conference on 11 July - AI Inequalities: Critical Praxis for Inclusion

Hello colleagues,

I'd like to remind you of our pre-conference workshop at IAMCR 2025 in
Singapore exploring Artificial Intelligence inequalities in everyday uses
of media and digital platforms. The workshop is on 11 July. Abstracts are
due by this *Friday, 25 April*. We would love to see your submissions
relating to the topic and themes below.

The preconference will address the following themes:

   1. new terrains of AI inequalities and approaches to researching digital
   inclusion and exclusion
   2. the lived experiences of AI inequalities as enacted across race,
   gender, sexuality, dis/ability and class
   3. challenges to AI inequalities, including the role of resistance and
   refusal

Please send an email to aiinequalities at gmail.com with the following details
by the end of 25 April 2025 anywhere on earth.
