Within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, the Digital and Social Media major of the Bachelor of Communication degree aims to produce graduates who are technologically literate, culturally sophisticated, innovative, and resourceful. The degree introduces students to key debates around the role of digital media in everyday life and focuses on developing innovative and analytical solutions to problems through the use of digital and social media.

The Lecturer in Digital and Social Media has a key role in teaching and coordinating a selection of undergraduate subjects and exploring the role of digital media and society.
