Call for Papers - The Cultural Diversity and News in Australia symposium 2017. This symposium will be held on Wednesday 13th September 2017, at Deakin Downtown. The symposium will present research on the media’s coverage of multicultural events and issues, and facilitate a dialogue between various stakeholders such as the media, community leaders, scholars and policy makers to identify strategies to strengthen the role of journalism in building and maintaining multicultural resilience among Australian communities.
