[csaa-forum] Call for Nominations: CSAA President and Treasurer

Dear Members of the CSAA,

Members are notified that the terms of appointment for the positions of the current President and Treasurer of the Association are due to expire December this year.



A call for nominations is hereby called for the positions of President and Treasurer for a term of 3 years, commencing January 1st 2016.

  *   The President is responsible for the overall management of the Association, and also liaises with key industry bodies including the Council for Humanities and Social Sciences, universities and other Associations.
  *   The Treasurer undertakes the management of the Association’s finances, including the oversight of membership fees, payment of invoices and preparation of financial reports.

Each position is supported by a position manual detailing procedures core to each position, and will be mentored by the current President during a 6 month hand-over into 2016.

These positions represent key leadership positions for the Association and along with the Secretary undertake the core executive responsibilities of the Association.



Members interested in nominating their interest should contact the Secretary and President via email with a brief statement noting interest in the position.
