Dear Colleagues,

SSEAC<http://sydney.edu.au/southeast-asia-centre/> is delighted to announce that applications are now open for the Honours Bootcamp<http://sydney.edu.au/southeast-asia-centre/students/honours.shtml>. The program will be held between 22-24 June, 2015, at the University of Sydney.

The bootcamp is a professional development program for students around Australia enrolled in an Honours program related to Southeast Asia in the humanities or the social sciences. As part of this program, students will be required to prepare a presentation before arrival, with a prize given to the student who gives the best presentation to attend a conference of their choice. There will also be networking opportunities with successful Honours graduates who are working in Southeast Asia related positions.

More details on the program can be found here<http://sydney.edu.au/southeast-asia-centre/students/honours.shtml>.

Please let new Honours students know about this exciting opportunity, and encourage them to submit an application. Please don’t hesitate to contact SSEAC on 9114 0953 or samuel.bashfield at sydney.edu.au<mailto:samuel.bashfield at sydney.edu.au> for any questions. Applications close April 7.
