Hi all,
Very sorry to be a bother, but when members in CSAA post CFPs etc to the CSAA list is it possible to please put the full text (rather than only a link) into the body of the email? That would be brilliant (this is not meant to be a complaint but just a smallish request). I know this extra work may be a pain but it would be very helpful and you would be doing some of us a great service. When conference websites are located on free blogging platforms (e.g. Wordpress, Blogger, Weebly, Tumblr, etc) we in heavily censored countries don't get access.
An example: Currently, in mainland China even those with VPN access are struggling as VPNs are under heavy "attack". I tend to get the CFPs and then go on to circulate amongst local researchers. We are always keen to hear about research collaboration and learning possibilities with CSAA participants. It would be a shame for local researchers to miss out on such opportunities due to some internet censorship bureau muppet.
All the best,
Clif.
