 DEar Terry

I'm not sure how vicious the bidding wars for potential reviwers are -but
I'd be happy to review eihter of the following:

Elizabeth Povinelli, The Empire of Love: Towards a Theory of Intimacy,
Genealogy, and Carnality, Duke University Press.

Howard McNaughton and Andy Lim (eds.), The Reinvention of Everyday Life:
Culture in the 21st Century, Canterbury University Press.

The Povinelli would be a delight to read - but there are probably queues a
mile long!

I've just finished tutoring a general introduction to 'the study of
everyday life'in our department - so i'd also be happy to look at a
contemmporary critical anthology too.

I'm currently doing research in New york - so any hard copies would have t
be sent to my Broklyn address, rather than the Department.

Let me know - if ýou'd be interested
(Hope to hear from you soon)

cheers
