UNAUSTRALIA
The Cultural Studies Association of Australasia Annual Conference
Hosted by the University of Canberra
December 6th, 7th, 8th, 2006
Please note:
1.
The conference Early Bird rates close on October 15th
Registration forms are available on the conference website, at
http://www.unaustralia.com/rego.htm
2.
You should book accommodation as soon as possible
The conference is being held during a sitting week in parliament. Needless
to say, we¹re quite pleased that Jacques Rancière¹s keynote address in
Parliament House, and our subsequent cocktail party there on the theme of
UNAUSTRALIA, will be happening just a few hours after our respected MPs have
left the building. The drawback of staging an event during a sitting week is
that accommodation tends to book up fast, particularly accommodation in the
mid to high range. We suggest you arrange where you will be staying soon. A
range of options, all with special conference discount, can be found on the
conference website, at
http://www.unaustralia.com/accom.htm
Looking forward to seeing you in December
Paul
