Hi list, sorry for those who already got this on fibreculture, just  
thought it sounded really interesting for CS people too...


Producing Interactive TV Seminars - Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane
  The Australian Film,Television and Radio School Television Department  
and the Australian Film Commission are presenting a full day seminar in  
Sydney on Friday 6th May , a half day seminar in Melbourne on Monday  
9th May and a half day seminar in Brisbane on Tuesday 10th May, aimed  
at television producers and program makers who want to keep up to date  
with what's happening in Australia and internationally with the  
production of digital interactive and multi-platform television  
programs.

  Each seminar will feature a presentation by iTV pioneer Gary Hayes who  
will share his experience of numerous interactive TV successes with the  
BBC. He will be joined by some of Australia’s leading industry  
practitioners who will provide valuable insights into how to plan and  
produce interactive and multi-platform television, and explore  
opportunities they present for greater engagement with audiences.
