Reply for Graham St. John

There was some work done on the Sydney Olympics by a Ph.D student in the 
Department of Performance Studies here at Sydney Uni. His name was 
Michael Cohen. I think he works for the Newcastle Cultural Council now. 
I only know about the work, not much about its content, but I do know it 
was based on some fairly substantial fieldwork.
