[csaa-forum] Mediatized performance of country

[Graham St John]

Just wondering if anyone has any references for published research 
specifically relating to  the mediatized performance of 
place-identification in Australia - that is the performance of place 
mediated via TV and film in particular . Any other research on the 
performance of country (of place - thus im not talking about country music) 
- that is specifically through non-mediatized performance frameworks - 
would be helpful too.
